THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE SALE AND USE OF STOCK & BOUNTY GIFT CARDS

1. If you are purchasing a Digital Gift Card for someone, it will be e-mailed to the recipient upon final processing and payment.

A confirmation copy will be sent to you upon completion of purchase.

2. If you are purchasing a physical Gift Card for someone, it will be shipped to the recipient upon final processing and payment.

A confirmation emails will be sent to you upon completion of purchase. Physical Gift Cards are sent complimentary.

3. STOCK & BOUNTY is not liable for any failure or incorrect delivery of a virtual or physical Gift Card due to incorrect or incomplete information necessary for the delivery to the recipient. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided for the delivery to the recipient.

4. We are not responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

5. We reserve the right to cancel a Gift Card if deemed necessary.

6. Promotion or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of any Gift Card.

USING A GIFT CARD

1. No fees are charged on STOCK & BOUNTY Gift Cards and they do not expire.

2. Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed for purchases on STOCK & BOUNTY.com.

3. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

4. If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to your account as a store credit to be used for future purchases. You may check your gift card balance by contacting hello@stockandbounty.com

5. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card unless you have a store credit that covers the balance.

6. If you return products you have purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited to your account as a store credit and can be used for future purchases. You may check your store credit balance by contacting hello@stockandbounty.com

7. All purchases made using a STOCK & BOUNTY Gift Card are subject to the Terms and Conditions found herein at: www.STOCKANDBOUNTY.COM/TERMSANDCONDITIONS. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

8. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we process personal data in respect to purchases and transactions.

9. These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America and any dispute relative to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.
